1. Digital Product Nature

• All products and services offered on SmartDigiCard.in are digital in nature (vCards, digital business cards, WhatsApp store setups).

• Once a digital product is delivered and accessed, it cannot be physically returned.

2. Refund Eligibility

• We generally do not offer refunds for digital products once they have been created, delivered, or accessed.

• Exceptions may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Technical issues : If you are unable to access your purchased product due to a technical error on our part, and we are unable to resolve it within 7 business days.

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery : If you receive a product that is significantly different from what was described or ordered, and you notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Change of mind, mistaken purchases, or dissatisfaction with features are not eligible grounds for a refund.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund under the above exceptions:

• Provide your order details, a description of the issue, and any relevant supporting evidence (such as screenshots or error messages).

• Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

4. Refund Process

• If your refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

• No cash or cheque refunds will be provided.

• If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be offered at our discretion.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• All customized or personalized digital cards and WhatsApp stores are  non-refundable once created and delivered.

• Subscription fees, renewal charges, and any associated setup fees are  non-refundable .

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once the creation process has started or the product has been delivered.

• Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

7. Changes to This Policy

SmartDigiCard.in reserves the right to amend this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
